Aji: Originated and most loved in Peru, it shows up as a table condiment next to red onion and garlic. Aji Amarillo, golden inside and out you can taste the sunshine through it’s tropical origins.

Hatch Chili: Originating from Hatch, New Mexico, it is the ideal balance between heat and sweetness. Its popularity stems from the flavor over heat. A chili pod has as much Vitamin C as six oranges.

Cayenne: All hail Cayenne (the OG hot pepper.) First grown in South America, it’s one of the most popular peppers flavoring countless international dishes.
